We are a med spa with esthetics procedures, and here at LA Med Spa, we focus on enhancing your natural appearance by treating conditions including wrinkles, skin laxity and volume loss, scarring, skin discoloration, acne, and hair reduction as well as hair growth to name a few. Our nurse practitioner will sit down with you to determine the ideal treatment plan for your specific concerns.

Leighann has been a nurse practitioner since 2012. She and her husband opened a medical spa in Tupelo, MS in August 2020. She absolutely loves the world of aesthetics and is very meticulous with her clients. We are the only medspa in Tupelo with a physician on site.
