Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center & Medical Spa was established in 2008 under the surgical directorship of Dr. Michael L. Thornton, a fellowship-trained, double board certified Cosmetic Surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Our office is located in Mansfield, TX and we provide PicoSure Laser Tattoo Removal, PicoSure Focus Skin, Cynosure ICON and SculpSure non-invasive fat reduction to clients living near Mansfield, Arlington, Fort Worth, Dallas, and the surrounding DFW Metroplex. Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center is the only practice in Mansfield and South Arlington serving the Cynosure PicoSure and SculpSure devices.

Our Providers

Chelsea Jarboe received her esthetician training at Ogle School of Cosmetology and Esthetics, where she was consistently in the Top 10 for Client Count. Chelsea is multi-certified in IPL Photofacial skin rejuvenation, Cynosure PicoSure Tattoo removal, Picosure Skin Focus treatments, and HydraFacial Syndeo. Her special interests include Cleansing Facials, Facial Waxing, Brow Lamination and Eyelash Lift, and assisting our clients with medical grade SkinCeuticals skin care.

Dr. Michael L. Thornton is a fellowship-trained, double board certified Cosmetic Surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery providing you with an advanced array of surgical procedures in facial cosmetic surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring surgery and liposuction, post-bariatric after weight loss surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic skin revitalization from our medical spa.

Since 2017, our Medical Spa began using the PicoSure for Laser Tattoo Removal, Skin & Wrinkle Revitalization, Treatment of Melasma, and Treatment of Acne Scarring. In 2018, we became the only practice in Mansfield and South Arlington providing SculpSure for non-invasive fat reduction.
