Randy A. Fink, MD

Dr. Fink is Medical Director and Managing Partner of the Miami Center of Excellence for Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Creating an environment where the very best of medicine and gentle gynecology is practiced and where patients come first has always been his goal, and the Center of Excellence has been his dream since arriving in Miami in 2001. Dr. Fink completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology training at Brown University/Women & Infants’ Hospital of Rhode Island, and medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. He attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his undergraduate degree from The American University, in Washington, DC.

Alejandra Turmero-Angel, MD

Dr. Alejandra Turmero joined the Miami Center of Excellence for Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2010. She earned her medical degree at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1998. She completed her OB/GYN residency at State University of New York in Stony Brook in 2004. After her residency training, she worked as an attending physician at the Providence Community Health Centers in Providence, RI. Dr. Turmero was appointed as a clinical instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University overseeing and training OB/GYN residents. She participated in several hospital committees at Women and Infant's Hospital in Providence and was known to have an excellent and pleasant bedside manner

Arin J. Semel-Saldana, MD

Dr. Arin Semel obtained her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University in Chicago. During that time she worked as a MCAT course instructor specializing in organic chemistry and physics. She also led orientation sessions for incoming freshman and organized self-defense lessons for sororities and events against violence toward women.

Dr. Semel then returned home to Florida where she received her medical degree at the University of Florida. While in medical school, she served at the American Medical Women’s Association UF Chapter President.

After completing her residency at George Washington University, Dr. Semel was appointed a faculty position at George Washington University Hospital. She has special interests in providing comprehensive obstetrical care and minimally invasive surgery.
